Many other organizations help with this mission sending clothes as far as Haiti and other States. This effort is immense reaching hundreds of needy people. All new or used clothing in good condition is accepted. Please bring to the collection location at your own church or to the Clothes Closet in the Emmanuel Lutheran Church basement. For more information contact Lucille Bickel 330- 373-1234. Also Lucille has requested for men to help at the clothes closet at Emmanuel. This would be on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 9 until noon. The main duties would be helping to carry in the clothes and items donated to the clothes closet. Donations needed are toiletries for babies, kids and adults, all new and used clothing in good condition including socks. FOOD PANTRY Every month groceries also are stocked for the Food Pantry and the free lunch program. These programs could not take place without the help of Hope Lutheran Parish and many other churches and organizations in our area. There will be a featured items each month at all churches.Please consider purchasing these items and bringing them to your church. The needs are great and each month our funds are depleting more and more. The Food Pantry can always use paper grocery bags, toilet paper, fruit, and soup. All non-perishable food items are always welcome, as are paper products, personal care items, and cleaning supplies. If you have an Entertainment Book and will not be using your Nickels Bakery coupons, please donate them to the Food Pantry. We use them to purchase bread for the food packages. Thank you!
